The highlight of my Christmas this year
First, a transformation of space (the office):
(The program: Watch the Bible Video "The Nativity" while staging a live nativity. Then listen to two Christmas stories read aloud by Dani, followed by a trip to the Marketplace with our little purses full of copper money.)
Then, a transformation of people:
Mary with an angel (before the angel threw off her headpiece)
A wiseman, two cute shepherds, and the angel
Joseph with the aforementioned cast
The whole crew
After the program:
Someone who learned to love his Savior-
Truly.
Which then left the question:
To which Mayes responded many times, "Yes, we do. Yes, we do. I would give him my room."
The result:
The Spirit of Christmas felt in our home and a memory to keep forever.
And of course spinning dreidels with fake coins afterwards. Isn't that what most Christians do for Christmas? (Purchased from the "marketplace" along with frankincense and gold.)
